Airfare & accommodations

Please book through our group booking link to ensure you’re part of our wedding group!

The 7-day package includes flights and hotel at preferred rates. Reach out to our travel partner, Kelsea, for booking inquiries (she is amazing).

If you’re booking outside the group packages, including hotel-only stays or separate travel arrangements, you must contact Kelsea before booking to ensure your reservation is part of our wedding group block.

Deposits

Deposits are $250 CAD per person, non-refundable, and due by . Rooms are first-come, first-served.

We may be able to add more rooms to our block, subject to availability. Please RSVP as soon as you can so we can plan for everyone joining us.

Final payments are due .

About the resort

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at two hotels on the same property: Paradisus La Perla (adults-only) and Paradisus Playa del Carmen (family-friendly).

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP through WithJoy by . RSVPing and booking your travel are separate steps.

What is the travel booking deadline?

Your non-refundable $250 CAD per-person deposit is due by November 12, 2026. Rooms are first-come, first-served, so please book early. Final payment is due August 15, 2027. See travel details or email Kelsea for availability and individual arrangements.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please check the names on your invitation, or contact us if you’re unsure who is included.

Will there be an itinerary?

A full itinerary is in the works and will be emailed to confirmed guests. For now, save November 17, 2027 for our wedding in Playa del Carmen. We’ll share the finer details once they’re ready.

Will transportation be provided?

Shared airport transfers are included in the group travel package.

If you’re booking outside the group packages, including hotel-only stays or separate travel arrangements, you must contact Kelsea before booking to ensure your reservation is part of our wedding group block.
